Event Overview
On March 27, 2025, Xinghua Mao Sheng Food Co., Ltd. held its annual team-building retreat at Yangzhou’s iconic Slender West Lake, blending nature, strategy, and pride in our dehydrated vegetable products. The event brought together 85 employees from production, R&D, sales, and logistics for a day of collaboration and fun.
Key Activities
1."Rehydrate Team Spirit" Morning Challenge
Teams solved puzzles using clues hidden in custom-made dehydrated vegetable packages, testing problem-solving skills under time constraints.
R&D staff shared fun facts about our products’ nutritional benefits during breaks.
2."Farm-to-Table" Relay Race
A playful take on our supply chain: Teams "harvested" (collected), "dehydrated" (sorted), and "exported" (delivered) props, mimicking real workflows.
Logistics team won for speed, while Sales claimed "Most Creative Packaging" award.
3.Culinary Innovation Contest
Using Xinghua Mao Sheng’s dehydrated carrots, cabbage, and mushrooms, teams designed dishes judged on taste, presentation, and marketability.
Winning entry: "Five-Color Rehydrated Dumplings" inspired by traditional Yangzhou cuisine.
4.Sunset Reflection & Pledge Wall
Employees wrote personal commitments to team goals on eco-friendly paper (made from vegetable pulp!) and pinned them to a "Sustainability Tree."

Achievements & Feedback
